I delivered my baby through a normal devliery within 2 hours!

I was following your exercise routine since my 6th month of pregnancy and I was enjoying the sessions very much. The breathing exercises also helped a lot during at the time of delivery. I used to have severe lower bak and hip pain until I started doing your sessions. The pain was completely relieved since then.
